Apparently the only Pisces (that I know of) that I've ever met was i_paint_the_sky.

This is strange because I think I can easily think of someone I know for nearly every other sign, but for Pisces my only choice was to pull up my LJ Friends' Birthdays List.

Now Dana and I are started our Awesome Swashbuckling Movies (With Pirates(?)) movie watching thing. Tonight is Pirates of the Caribbean and tomorrow is going to be Princess Bride? We need a third movie though (because everything is better done in threes, right?) so uh... suggestions?

Went to EB via a much faster bus route. Chatted with the manager there for a while. He basically says they're probably not hiring but a few other stores in the city are, and I guess they just pool all the resumes together or something? Anyways, yeah. It was cool. I really hope that pans out...

Came home. Felt tired (from all the walking and being tired yesterday) and then started feeling downright gross. Passed out for a few hours and now I... still feel gross. So. Idk.

Gonna venture downstairs and see what's up I suppose. Blergh. Bleeeeeeeeeeergh.

Have been vaguely awake since 8.30, because my alarm went off because I forgot to tell it not to. >>;

I have a cover letter so! Off to do battle at EB (later)! (With Dana's help I now have a way of getting there that doesn't involve a walk to/from Polo Park. Haha! Because that was ridiculous.)

Trying to figure out what to do afterwards. I mean, I could always use my transfer to hopefully come back home without having to pay two fares. That would be a good plan. But I sort of feel like chillin' at the Chapters there. Hm.

I miss the KW Chapters, because the Starbucks was a good place to while away a day.

Lately when I try to copy & paste text from AIM it will only feed me back the last line. WTF?

My computer doesn't like when I've got it hooked up to the TV and I unplug the TV cord from the computer. :< Is it expecting me to hand-hold it and go "OKAY I'M DISCONNECTING THE TV NOW ARE YOU READY?" because yeah. I don't like this whole "I'M GONNA FREEZE UP AND DO NOTHING" crap.

So I was watching this movie, Shallow Grave, right? It was chosen based entirely on naturelf's description of the opening scene:

So I figured based on that and skimming the main page for it on imdb I was set? Dark comedy, sounded interesting enough.

So I just had a cool idea for an iTunes plugin (if something doesn't already exist) though idk if it would even be possible.

See, sometimes I get into moods, musically. Like one day I'll want to listen to happy j-pop-ish things and another it'll be medievally stuff and another it'll be idk screamo or something.

So it would be cool if there was a plugin that sort of tapped into say last.fm's system of id-ing similar artists and then would skim for them in your library based on whatever song is currently playing, to serve you up a bunch of (theoretically) similar artists/songs. And then if you suddenly picked out a totally different song then it would start queueing up songs based on that instead.

I mean, yeah, you could just make up your own playlists and put them on shuffle but... In my case, I don't feel like skimming through all this music to put together a playlist because I suddenly want to listen to hyper j-pop or whatever.

Yeah... idk...

There is no reason for this! At all! I have plenty of memory left on my computer. WHAT THE HELL?

Googling proves useless thus far.

ETA: I killed iTunes, and started up again, and it was all "iTunes needs a library to continue!" and then I'm given the options of starting a new one or choosing one. So I choose the file that comes up in the default folder. Everything seems to come up fine.

I wonder if this has to do with metadata? Like play counts and such? But it doesn't change the fact that unless iTunes limits the size of a library file (possible? I can't seem to find anything in the options/preferences which would let me let it write a bigger one?) I have a ton of room.

In the last few years I think most of the nights I've stayed up too late can be attributed to:
1) AIM and/or RP,
2) Inability to sleep due to brain not shutting down, or
3) HANGING UP CLOTHING.

I had a pile of laundry that I washed yesterday to put away + I washed my sheets today so now I have to make my bed.
